This pear and blue cheese flatbread is the perfect quick and easy appetizer, or girl dinner.

This pear and blue cheese flatbread is perfect for later summer/Fall when pears are in season.
This recipe is simple, yet packed full of flavour. It would make a great appetizer to have when hosting or to bring to a potluck with the girls!
Pear & Blue Cheese Flatbread
What you'll need:
1 store-bought flatbread
1 Bartlett pear, thinly sliced
Crumbled blue cheese
Handful of arugula
4 Slices of speck or prosciutto
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Flaky sea salt
Steps:
Warm flatbread in the oven at 350F for 5-8 minutes. Place flatbread on a large cutting board, top with sliced pear, crumbled blue cheese, torn speck, and scatter the arugula over top. Finish with drizzles of EVOO and balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
Enjoy, my friends!
